From the moment my husband and I walked through the doors of the Village, I knew we were in the right place. Alicia was truly an answer to our prayers. Our reception was kind and compassionate. We felt like we had found caregivers that could truly help my father in so many ways. Alicia went above and beyond to assist in his admission. Katie was amazing, as well, during our assessment. Again and again, our entire family was incredibly impressed with the professionalism, support and dignity they showed my father. I would recommend the Village to anyone in search of an assisted living that feels like home.

From the minute we met Alicia at Village at Woodlands Waterway, we were immediately put at ease. Our mom was tired of taking care of her house and was looking for easier access for activities. Alicia answered our MANY questions (and we asked frequently), and she made our mom feel seen and valued. Alicia was quick to respond, and that exceptional service has continued even after move-in. She has ensured that our mom was quickly able to connect with other residents, both established and new, and she has made what could be a difficult transition as seamless as possible. The entire staff at the facility is warm, friendly, and quick to answer questions or solve any problems. We are so thankful for Alicia and the other staff!

As a senior living advisor, I visit communities regularly and work closely with families to help identify the right fit for their specific needs. While no community is the perfect fit for every person, I was impressed with the thoughtful, resident-centered approach Alicia Bowling took with a recent client. From the beginning, Alicia did an excellent job of truly getting to know the potential resident and understanding what would help her be successful in this transition. What stood out to me most was the way Alicia spoke directly to my client with genuine care and respect. I often see that conversations are directed primarily toward family members or professionals, but Alicia made sure the future resident remained the focus of the conversation, which I deeply appreciated. I was also impressed that when questions arose that were best addressed clinically, Alicia arranged for the community nurse to join us so we could get accurate and thorough answers, and we all really liked the nurse and appreciated her collaboration. Our family has appreciated the support and responsiveness we’ve received from Christin Teters during a complicated transition for two parents with different care needs. She has been patient, understanding, and quick to respond to our many questions throughout the process. We especially appreciated her willingness to listen to our concerns, communicate with management on our behalf, and work with us through a complex and time-sensitive decision. Her professionalism and communication helped make a stressful process feel much more manageable.

The staff at The Village has been great as we prepare to move our loved one in next week bu in particular Christin Teters has gone above and beyond! From the day we first called she has made the process as simple as possible for us and we’ve honestly had to do very little. Always friendly and has stayed in communication with us even outside of the property. We look forward to this move in and the new chapter it starts for our family! If you are looking for a facility with multiple levels of care I highly recommend The Village and ask for Christin!
